MODEST MOUSE LIVE!! | REDHAT AMPHITHEATER

We covered Modest mouse during their tour stop at the amazing Redhat Amphitheater music venue in Raleigh NC. Such a great spot for watching music. It is an outdoor venue, and the weather was incredible that night. Modest Mouse who formed in 1992 put on a relaxed, fun and enjoyable show with the assistance of an incredible light show to help accentuate the mood. The band sounded great, clear and smooth. The band does not move around much and keep pretty much in the same spot throughout their entire set. That honestly is not a big deal because Modest mouse is the type of band that does not need crazy stage antics to make a great performance, they let their music do the talking. The bands fans who came out to see them were singing along with their favorite songs while clapping and screaming in joy after every song ended. Lead singer Issac Brock engaged and embraced the crowd. It was great seeing some passionate fans showing their love by screaming out Issac’s name telling him they love him. The band played phenomenal while really showcasing their ability to be in sync without looking at each other. It was a nice relaxing and enjoyable to show, not to crazy or super loud but just a perfect performance at such a great venue in the middle of the city.
