RIPE LIVE!! | LINCOLN THEATER IN RALEIGH

On April 18th, 2023 at the Lincoln Theatre, the long was super long waiting for the doors to open. The dedicated fans of Ripe, an amazing band if you haven't seen them live, was going to take the stage. And boy did they ever! But first, the Heavy Hours took the stage first. They were awesome at getting the crowd ready. A lot of people didn't know who they were, but I can tell you they gained A LOT of new fans after the set was finished.

Now, for the moment everyone was waiting for. Ripe took the stage and the entire packed Lincoln Theatre went nuts! It was honestly one of the loudest ovations and cheers I've ever heard. There was no room to stand from the front to back of the entire venue. Ripe took command of the stage and never let go. From the first to last song, from the chats in between songs, they had the crowd's attention. The crowd interaction was amazing too. Everyone sang together. Not 1 person in there wasn't smiling. Ripe is definitely a band to see live if you haven't. And if you haven't heard of them before, what are you waiting for...listen to them! The music is SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! There's no way you don’t get your foot tapping and head going back and forth and smiling. This was a show for the ages. Seriously, do yourself a favor and see them live!
