On September 17th, Starset brought their Immersion: The Final Chapter demonstration to the Ritz in Raleigh, NC. Now, if you have never seen a Starset concert, or as they call it, a demonstration (and rightfully called that), then you need to! No other band does a show like they do. It's a complete interactive show. It's a story being told during the concert. From the start, you are in for a good time, and not only will you be singing along like the crowd tonight was, but you will be also paying attention to the story line as well. And let me tell you, Starset put on an epic show! Not a single person wasn't singing along and smiling. And it's a show for everyone. There were parents there with their kids, and longtime fans like myself. And what I really love are the "new" fans and their reactions to the show. You are hooked when you hear them. Starset is one of those rare bands that doesn't have a song you skip on their albums, and they are amazing live. There was a great mixture of songs from all their albums that captured your mind and soul. With a 20 song setlist, you do not feel robbed of anything after the show is over. Be sure to catch them on this tour while it's going on. I'm sure there's a break coming, possibly new music coming out, and then back on the road!
