FLIPTURN LIVE | CATS CRADLE CARRBORO

Flipturn performed to a sold out crowd at the Cat’s Cradle in Carrboro NC on February 3rd. When arriving to the show you could already feel the excitement pulsating through the venue. The bands dedicated and passionate music fans were all bunched together laughing and embracing each other as if they had all known each other for years. Flipturn has made a name for themselves in the indie scene by bringing a garage like quality to their incredibly melodic style of music that is blended with their emotionally engaging lyrics that reach to the hearts of their music fans. Each band member brings every ounce of their musical passion to the stage while laying their personal creative style out on the stage for everyone to see. The crowd was dancing, jumping and singing along with every lyric lead singer Dillon Basse was saying. The crowd would even scream there love for the band in between each song!

Flipturn is a band a lot of us music journalist have heard about over the past two years, and you really do see why when they perform live. The bands show at the Cat’s Cradle was filled with music fans who embraced each other and really showed a kind of togetherness we have missed during the pandemic. And the band who could make all of this love and happiness happen was the one and only Flipturn.
