SHAKORI HILLS COVERAGE! | GRASSROOTS FESTIVAL

In North Carolina, an amazing festival is going on from October 5th-8th. Tucked away in Pittsboro, NC, the Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival is happening. Well over 100 different artists, vendors, and others were present the entire weekend. Bands like Daniel Donato's Cosmic Country, The Hour Glass Kids, Pat & the Country Boys, and Driftwood came and gave excellent performances, along with many other artists. There were four different stages that were all close enough to walk to and check out every group playing, but far enough away to not be playing over each other. And, I have to definitely give credit to the people running the festival! It was one of the smoothest run festivals I've ever been to! There was never an issue that couldn't be fixed and not even be noticed by the crowd. The vendors were absolutely professional, the crew getting the stages and sound prepped before each act went smoothly. An incredible job by everyone! It is a festival for all ages! There were plenty of things for kids to do and participate in. Definitely a family friendly festival. I can't wait to cover next year's festival! Highly recommend going to it! Happy Shakori!
