NKOTB (New Kids On the Block) have been a staple in the music scene since the mid 80’s.  The group was formed in 1984/85 and broke out into the music scene in the late 80’s with hit songs such as, “please don’t go girl”, “Hanging Tough”, “The Right Stuff”, “Cover Girl” and many others.  The group has been performing for almost over 40 years which is a crazy amount of time if you think about it!  The group performed at the Coastal Credit Union Music Park in Raleigh with special guess Paula Abdul.  The New Kids were energetic, happy and sounded good.  They performed a mix of their classic songs from the 80’s to new songs such as, “The boys in the band”.  The venue was packed, and fans were going crazy.  You could hear the crowd sing over the band during some parts of their performance.  This was the second time we got to cover this legendary boy band who helped form the foundation which all current boy bands build on. 

If you are a New Kids fan, then you don’t want to miss this show.
