SEVENDUST LIVE!! | RITZ IN RALEIGH
Coverage by Chris Sturk
Sevendust performed to a packed house at the Ritz in Raleigh and once again put on an incredible show to celebrate their 21st anniversary of the album “Seasons”. The band played the album in its entirety which was a really great treat for Sevendust fans. Sevendust is a band that never disappoints, and Lajon’s vocals are always top notch. This show was a little different though because they were missing one of their core members for this tour stop, lead guitarist “Clint Lowery” due to a neck injury. After seeing this band perform live over 10 times throughout the years it was a bit strange not seeing Clint on stage, but the band carried on with the help of Jon Jourdan from Mammoth and the occasional fill in from their long-time tour manager Tim Tournier when needed. It was great hearing some of my favorite songs especially, “Enemy”, “Honesty” and “Burned Out” which are some of my favorites from the album. I love seeing this band continue to move forward and tour while continuing to be one of the best bands ever in my opinion.
Never miss a Sevendust show!
