KES LIVE!! | LINCOLN THEATER

On September 13th, 2023, KES came to the legendary Lincoln Theater in Raleigh, NC, on his "Man With No Door" tour. KES brought with him Teddyson John & Jimmy October,  and they absolutely set the vibe and tone for KES. These guys were fantastic, and hopefully they come around more to NC and play some killer shows!

Now, this is my first time seeing KES live, and I tell you what, it will not be my last! KES took the stage, and between their lively presence, the music, and the overall fun vibe of everything, it is something to experience at least once in your life. The Caribbean/Reggae mesh was an experience to hear, with plenty of dancing from the crowd and smiles from ear to ear on everyone at that venue. The crowd sang along, danced, and the overall feeling in the Lincoln Theater was just joyful. We were able to forget the worries of the world and, as the sagacious Bob Marley said, just be happy! It was a thing of beauty. 

If you're able to catch KES live, you have to! It’s unlike any show I have been to, and I can't wait to go to another one...hopefully soon! Catch KES on the road and tell me I'm wrong!
