Badflower Returns to Raleigh with a Stirring Set in Support of 311
Badflower lit up the Red Hat Amphitheater in Raleigh, NC, with a spirited set in support of 311. Having performed at the same venue years ago, the band returned with the same infectious energy and a deeper connection to the crowd.
Each band member brought dynamic presence to the stage, but frontman Josh Katz elevated the experience with his trademark charisma. Not only did he pour emotion into every lyric, but he also actively engaged with fans—calling out signs, complimenting hats, and sparking spontaneous conversations that made the show feel both personal and electric.
For me, this performance was extra special. The first time I saw Badflower live in Raleigh, they left a lasting impression—and I’ve proudly been a fan ever since. Hearing them play crowd favorites, including one of my personal go-to tracks, “Jester,” only deepened that connection.
With a perfect blend of humor, passion, and raw musical energy, Badflower delivered another memorable performance. Here’s hoping they keep Raleigh on their tour map for years to come—we’ll be here waiting.
