NITA STRAUSS LIVE!! | CONE DENIM ENTERTAINMENT

We got the chance to cover Nita Strauss on her tour stop with Fozzy on May 16th 2019 at the Cone Denim Entertainment Center. Chris originally went to the Cone Denim to cover Fozzy and was unaware that Nita was the opener. When he arrived he asked who the opener was and that is when he found out Nita was playing. This was a very cool moment because we have wanted to cover Nita for sometime and it was a pleasant surprise when we arrived. If you don’t know, Nita Strauss is one of the best metal guitarists out there today. She has a unique style of her own and a stage presence that brings absolute excitement to anyone watching. She is the lead guitarist for Alice Cooper and also ranked #1 on the list of ten female guitar players you should know published by Guitar World. She has already amassed a huge following and fan base and only continues to grow as an artist. She has worked on several different projects and has been an intricate part on other bands or artists albums. Her contribution of unique and creative guitar work has inspired many kids and even adults into learning guitar for themselves.

Nita’s stage presence is powerful and loud. She rocks just about as hard as anyone I have seen on stage. I am actually surprised her head stay’s on with the amount of headbanging she does during her set. Her excitement and enthusiasm when on stage is palpable. After her set was done she kindly met each fan and signed autographs and took pictures with them. The line to meet her was long and everyone was excited. She not only gave a great performance but was humble and kind, it shows great character and I see her on the path to becoming one of the all time lead guitar rock gods of her generation.
