Skillet is a Christian rock band from Memphis Tennessee that formed in 1996 and have sold millions of records with their one of a kind sound. Though the band has gone through several changes in their lineup they have amassed and incredibly dedicated fanbase that has helped them continue to grow. Now onto the show!
We got the chance to cover Skillet during their tour stop in Raleigh NC at the Ritz Music Venue on September 22nd 2021. This show was not only mind blowing with its radiant waves of positive energy but Skillet in general just kicks ass on stage. They bring so much passion to their live sets that you as a spectator can’t help but get lost in the music. Each member of the band never misses a beat and you can see how excited and happy they are to be there, you feel as if you are a part of a close nit family. Every time I see Skillet going on tour I always think to myself, this is going to be one of the best shows of the year. Skillet is a band that really brings everything to the table when they are on tour and if you have the chance to see them live then make sure you get ready for an incredible night of music and fun.
